How to do hardwork?
Today we are going to talk about these one of the hormones DOPAMINE
it is a neurotransmitter i.e. sends messages to brain and irresponsible for emotional wellbeing and responses.
when we anticipate indulging in any activity dopamine level increases hence it puts more focus on non important works.
for ex. think about you that you like operating mobile ,taking junk food more than health and hanging out with friends more than goals. it is because the gratifications given to you by these tastes
These gratifications are very instant and thus gives more pleasure in less time and thus most of these are very harmful and addictive because they give just momentary pleasure and harms our mental health abruptly.
Instead of indulging in these gratifications one should be directed to delay these gratifications.
These gratifications are instantaneous and very short timed and lasts very easily ,while delayed gratification are more satisfying and lasts very long.
Think of yourself having junk food the pleasure will last for very short time but thinking about yourself not having junk food and making a good physique that pleasure,that gladness,that satisfaction will last long and will give the inspiration to yourself.
